Progress

I buckled down yesterday and whipped up the backing and basted and quilted this puppy!  Only a bit more quilting to go and then the binding!  HOORAY!  Then on to other baby sewing adventures!

What a beautiful quilt!! I love those fabrics. Can you tell me what kind of foot that is on your machine? (i’m new to sewing, can you tell?) 🙂

    Hi Krystyn!
The foot on my machine is a walking foot made by Alpha Sew. It was about $20 and is a must for sewing quilts!

Thank you!! Is it best to get one with the quilting guide if I’m going to buy a walking foot?

Definately! Most will come with one. I really like the brand I got. It makes straight line quilting a cinch.
