Lush Embroidery/Sewing Needle Case

I wanted to make something cute and functional to hold needles, embroidery floss, scissors, etc. for needlework on the go.  I am thrilled with how it turned out.  I used some of my most prized fabrics for this project.  It was so fun to finally use them.  Here is a run down of the supplies I used:

  • Eric Michaels – Lush
  • Joel Dewberry – Aviary
  • Amy Butler – Belle

The felt used to hold the needles is a wool blend in chocolate brown.  It is quilted in diagonal lines 3/4″ apart.

It was really nice to sew and unwind after a really trying day with 3 children.  It was just what the Dr. ordered 🙂  Have a wonderful night!
