Chunky Monkey Muffins

I made these again the other day and had to share the recipe.  They are SO delicious!  I try to make them a bit healthier (whole wheat flour, using agave nectar in place of white sugar, applesauce instead of butter) and they are still so good!  These would also be so good substituting the bananas for pumpkin!  hmmmm!  I think I may have to try that  🙂

    i didn’t know you could swap applesauce for butter! brilliant! i’m going to try this! i just caught up on this blog, and i love the little doll quilt..ikea fabric huh? awesome! and the owl quilt is looking great!
